Job Scope
-Operates equipment, conducts tooling change, daily checks, quality checks, and material management
-Performs critical Preventive Maintenance, tests equipment
-Do minor adjustment and product conversion
-Sample and test product to achieve conformance to control limits and specification
-Fill-up OQC form, Safety checkDo minor repairs in the machine
-Conducts SOJT training ( Safety , Quality, Delivery, Cost)
-Set-up and operate multiple manufacturing equipments
-Supports continuous improvement activities e.g. Lean manufacturing & total productive maintenance (TPM) programs
Requirements
-Relevant experience in manufacturing line, repair and troubleshooting required
-Able to commit long term
-Able to start immediately
